Ideal for deadline-driven work and reset days.

WISE Blocks Daily Master and PhD students & Researchers
Monday–Friday - 60‑minute structured daily online focus groups for master’s and PhD students seeking consistent academic support and sustainable research habits. Each session has a quick goal‑setting check‑in, ~50 minutes of silent work, and a brief debrief.

WISE Blocks Weekly - Teachers
A 90-minute weekly structured online focus group for teachers seeking protected professional focus time and accountability. Each session blends a check-in, time-blocking, focused work, and a brief debrief, making it ideal for those who prefer longer sessions and community accountability.
