Learning environments where people and institutions are supported to sustain quality, standards, and meaningful progress over time.
Meet the Founders
TogetherWise was founded by Meltem and Övgü and created from lived personal and educational experience.
Working across multiple countries, they encountered the same gap for individuals and institutions alike: the absence of human, connected spaces that support learning and focus without isolation or compromised quality under financial pressure.
TogetherWise
TogetherWise was founded by Meltem and Övgü, senior educators with lived experience of working across education systems internationally. The work is shaped by first-hand understanding of how learning, teaching, and leadership actually function in practice — not just in theory.

Our Story
Education has long valued independence.
Students are expected to focus, produce, and progress. Teachers are expected to plan, adapt, mark, and continuously improve. Institutions are expected to maintain quality, meet external standards, and deliver outcomes often within tightening structural and financial constraints.
Support systems exist. Frameworks exist. Expectations are clear. Yet sustained space to think, focus, and work alongside others is rare.
Across different roles and settings, a consistent pattern became visible: capable people working within complex systems, carrying significant responsibility largely on their own. Independence brought flexibility and freedom, but it also normalised isolation.
TogetherWise was shaped through lived educational experience.
Meltem and Övgü have worked across learning development, teaching, quality improvement, and institutional leadership alongside students, educators, researchers, and senior teams. Although their professional paths differed, they encountered the same gap repeatedly — ambition without protected focus time, improvement targets without structured space for reflection, institutions seeking sustainable development without expanding permanent staffing.
The issue was never commitment or capability. It was the absence of intentional, structured space designed for shared effort and sustained progress.
TogetherWise exists to change that.
We create education-informed spaces where learning and development are supported collectively rather than carried individually. For individuals, this means protected focus time, sustainable habit-building, accountability, and belonging. For institutions, it means external quality improvement and learning development partnership strategic and operational capacity without long-term staffing expansion.
This is not therapy. It is not punitive performance management. It is structured, professional support grounded in educational practice, reflection, and shared purpose.
Because independence should not require isolation. And meaningful progress is more sustainable when it is supported.
