This service is purchased by institutions on behalf of their staff. It is designed for organisations that want to invest in the professional development of their management teams and teaching teams through structured, confidential, one-to-one coaching.

It is particularly suitable for institutions supporting:

• Teaching staff seeking structured, one-to-one support with professional development, reflective practice, and classroom effectiveness

• Tutors working through findings from an observation cycle who would benefit from focused follow-up and guided reflection

• Educators navigating curriculum changes, new responsibilities, or shifting institutional priorities

• Staff experiencing workload pressures who would benefit from coaching around focus, organisation, and sustainable professional habits

• Middle leaders and curriculum managers developing their leadership approach and professional judgement

Coaching is delivered confidentially — findings and session content are not reported back to the institution. Staff engage as individuals within a professionally supported framework, funded and arranged by their employer.

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details about accessing your programme or sessions. Session links and participation instructions will be provided before the programme begins.

By purchasing a TogetherWise programme or service, you agree to the following terms:

Nature of the Service: TogetherWise provides structured focus sessions, coaching-informed programmes, and educational support services designed to support productivity, accountability, and academic or professional development. Our work is most effective when participants actively engage with the process. While TogetherWise provides the structure, facilitation, and guidance, individual outcomes depend on each participant's engagement and effort. Participation does not guarantee specific academic or professional outcomes.

Eligibility: All services are for adults aged 18 and over.

Payments & Bookings: Places are limited and confirmed upon successful payment. All fees are in GBP. Once a booking is completed, your place is secured.

Refund Policy: All bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Refunds cannot be issued for missed sessions, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or partial completion of a programme. This policy applies to focus sessions, programmes, coaching sessions, and consultations.

Attendance Responsibility: It is the participant's responsibility to attend scheduled sessions. TogetherWise is not responsible for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts or technical issues on the participant's side. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a suitable working environment.

1:1 Coaching: Coaching sessions are delivered online at a mutually agreed time. You may request one rescheduling per session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Sessions missed without notice are considered completed and non-refundable.

21-Day Programme: The full programme fee applies regardless of entry point. No pro-rata pricing is available. Materials provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Session Changes: TogetherWise reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary. Participants will be informed in advance where possible. If a session or programme day is cancelled by TogetherWise, you will be offered an alternative date or a credit of equal value.

Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and maintain a constructive working environment at all times. TogetherWise reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive behaviour without issuing a refund.

Alternative Support: In certain circumstances, TogetherWise may offer alternative support options at its discretion. This is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Safeguarding: Our founders are trained Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and follow safeguarding principles consistent with educational settings. Any behaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others may result in removal from the session without refund. Where safeguarding concerns arise, we reserve the right to take appropriate action including contacting relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property: All TogetherWise materials are protected by copyright and are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially.

Data & Privacy: We handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data collected at booking is used solely to deliver your service. We do not sell your data. Full details at togetherwise.co.uk/privacy-policy.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
