By purchasing a TogetherWise programme or service, you agree to the following terms:
TogetherWise provides structured focus sessions, coaching-informed programmes, and educational consultancy services designed to support productivity, accountability, and academic or professional development. Our work is most effective when participants actively engage with the process and contribute to a collaborative learning environment. While TogetherWise provides the structure, facilitation, and guidance, individual outcomes depend on each participant’s engagement and effort.
1. Nature of the Service TogetherWise provides structured online focus sessions, coaching-informed programmes, and academic support services designed to support productivity, accountability, and consistent academic progress.
Participation in TogetherWise services does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Individual results depend on each participant's engagement and effort.
2. Payments and Bookings Programme places are limited and confirmed upon successful payment. Once a booking has been completed, your place in the programme is secured.
3. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital services and limited programme spaces, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Refunds cannot be issued for:
• missed sessions
• non-attendance
• scheduling conflicts
• change of personal circumstances
This policy applies to focus sessions, programmes, coaching sessions, and consultations.
4. Attendance Responsibility It is the participant’s responsibility to attend scheduled sessions. TogetherWise is not responsible for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, technical issues on the participant’s side, or other individual circumstances.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
• a stable internet connection
• a suitable working environment for online participation
5. Subscription-Based Programmes Some TogetherWise programmes operate on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription services can be cancelled at any time, however cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
6. Session Changes TogetherWise reserves the right to adjust session schedules or reschedule sessions where necessary. Participants will be informed in advance where possible.
7. Participant Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully and maintain a constructive working environment during sessions. TogetherWise reserves the right to remove participants from sessions in cases of disruptive behaviour. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
8. Alternative Support (Discretionary) In certain circumstances, TogetherWise may offer alternative support options, such as coaching sessions, at its discretion. This is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing a programme or service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
9. One-to-One Coaching Coaching sessions are delivered online and scheduled at a mutually agreed time.Participants may request one rescheduling of a coaching session, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is offered where availability allows.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if the participant does not attend the scheduled session, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.
10. Safeguarding and Professional Conduct TogetherWise is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants.
The founders of TogetherWise are trained Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and follow safeguarding principles consistent with educational settings.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully during all sessions. Any behaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others may result in removal from the session. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Where safeguarding concerns arise, TogetherWise reserves the right to take appropriate action in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
